SP200

SP200 is a high-quality, solid, transparent and odour-neutral silicone grease for insulation and protection of electronic contacts. Thanks to its composition, the product is also highly suitable for transparent greasing and protecting plastics, metal, rubber, etc.

SP200 has excellent moisture resistant qualities and provides for a perfect protection against corrosion. The product repels moisture and thus protects the surface. SP200 is a solid grease, which due to its unique properties still flows into the irregularities of the electrical contacts or the substrate, in order to guarantee optimal protection against moisture, dirt, salt, etc.

SP200 has a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C. Despite of this wide temperature range, the grease remains consistent and it will not coagulate, melt or wash away, not even under influence of warm water or steam. SP200 shows a good ageing resistance and will not harden, even after a long period of time.

SP200 can be applied for different branches. It is highly suitable for protecting or making waterproof switches, plug connections, ignition systems, battery poles, cables, electronic motors, measuring apparatus, control valves, etc. The product is also suitable for greasing or assembling light and semi heavy applications such as oil seal rings, plastic sliding bearings and injection molds.

The aerosol makes SP200 very user-friendly. The extra nozzle and small tube supplied with the product make it very easy to apply in the least accessible places.

Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, free of grease and non-corroded. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol, Innotec Ultra Clean or Innotec Power Clean.
Application method: Shake can well before use. When applied as lubricant, spray the product directly onto the part to be greased. When used as protection for plastics and rubber, either apply the product directly (at a distance of 15-20 cm) or use a cloth or sponge.
Cleaning of materials used: With Innotec Multisol or Innotec Power Clean
Cleaning of hands: With Innotec Power Scrubs or with Innotec Safe Hand Clean Plus and water
