Ceramic Grease

Ceramic Grease

Ceramic Grease is a durable, high-quality ceramic grease. It has been specially developed for applications requiring high pressure and temperature resistance.

Thanks to its unique composition the product does not liquefy under extreme circumstances. Because the product prevents seizing and unpleasant sounds it is ideal for brake blocks, exhaust systems, wheel nuts and machine parts. Because, in contrast to traditional copper grease, Ceramic Grease does not contain metal, it is not conductive and is therefore perfectly suited to ABS braking systems.

Ceramic Grease is free of silicones and metal, as a result of which the product meets the environmental regulations on the use of heavy metals. Thanks to its ceramic particles the product has a superior pressure and temperature resistance range. The ceramic particles remain intact above the decomposition temperature of the grease and the mineral oils. They take over the lubrication, thereby preventing seizing and other damage.

Ceramic Grease is also extremely well suited to greasing nuts and bolts during disassembly. It does not become brittle in high temperatures and its very good resistance to water and acids gives it rust prevention characteristics, thereby guaranteeing good protection against the effects of dirt and moisture. When Ceramic Grease is used, nuts and bolts are much easier to free afterwards.

Because the product is metal-free it also works as an insulator between different metals, thereby preventing contact corrosion. This is particularly the case when assembling rims.

Ceramic Grease is available in two types of packaging; in an aerosol can and in a dual chamber pressure can.

The 2 chamber pressure can is less harmful to the environment and guarantees a long pot life. The special valve prevents blockages of the nozzle and does not break off. It also makes it possible to operate the can with one hand. By mounting the supplied brush (Brush - AS 1500 / Ceramic Grease) to the nozzle the product can be dosed perfectly, making nuts and bolts extremely easy to grease.

The aerosol packaging is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. When being applied the product initially is liquid, so it can penetrate deeply between the parts. After the propellant has evaporated away it leaves a beautiful, solid and pressure-resistant grease behind. The extra nozzle and tube supplied with the product make it very easy to apply in places which are difficult to access.
