Granville PU Flex is a one component moisture curing, high modulus polyurethane sealant and adhesive for a wide range of bonding and sealing applications. PU Flex once cured can be overpainted with all paint types.

Product Usage 

For bonding and sealing automotive panels and trim. 

Joints must be sound, clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Curing compound and any other foreign matter must be thoroughly removed. 

Remove end cap from cartridge, pierce top and apply nozzle, trim the nozzle at 45° slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Apply using a standard cartridge gun keeping even pressure on the trigger. Clean excess uncured sealant away with white spirit. 

Storage Instructions 

Store in original sealed packaging, at temperatures between +5°C and + 25°C Shelf Life Unopened 12 months from date of manufacture. Specification Information Temperature resistance: -30°C to +80°C Skinning Time: 80 mins Curing Speed: 3mm per 24 hours
