Shopping Information

At Autosave, we aim to provide the widest range of car parts and accessories at the most competitive prices, and to combine this with top quality service 7 days a week. This page is intended to provide you with all the information you need to get started shopping with us online - however remember that you can always call our Order Hotline if you prefer, or 01224 323541. Please note that prices shown on the web site are exclusive online prices, and in-store prices may vary in comparison.

Ordering

When in stock, Items are despatched within 24 hours and are sent using Parcelforce Worldwide. Out of stock items will be despatched as soon as they are available. If an item is out of stock it can take between 4-28 days for despatch. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days.

To find products online, Use the product navigation bar on the left. There is also a quick-search option if you know the part number or description of item that you require.

Once you have found the product(s) you require, Simply click the 'add to basket' text. You will then notice your shopping basket on the right hand corner now shows the number of items you have ordered and the total price. To list items in your basket - click on the basket icon. This will then give you the option to delete or proceed to check-out (click on either depending on what you wish to do).

If you click check-out you will then be presented with a screen showing email address and password - follow on-screen instructions to proceed.

New User

Once logging in you will then be asked for Credit card, Delivery and Car details - please follow on-screen text to proceed.

Existing User

If you have entered using password - your existing details and current order will be shown on-screen. If you are happy with the details shown, simply click 'Confirm Details' to finalise your order. Once you see the message Thank you for order - your order has been completed. Otherwise click 'edit details' to change any of the information that you have previously given us.

Finding Items for my car

On the bottom of the home page. You will see a field with 'Select Car Make' - Click on the down arrow to bring up all the available car manufacturers that we know! - Click the car manufacturer you require and then click Go.

You will now see all the models available from your chosen manufacturer. Just click on your model and then you will be asked to click on your engine size. (If it's there - click it - If nor please let us know!)

Once you have clicked on your engine size, you will now be presented with all the parts available for your car in our database. (We are always updating this - so if you can't find what you require, please contact us) - Click on the underlined item you require and you will then be shown the exact product you require. If there are various products available depending on year or other reasons, you will be shown the complete list available. Click on the item that matches your car.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by checking your 'Order History' of your account or phone us direct on 01224-662211
