Within the UK Shipping is worked out by the following.

Orders under £75 - £5 delivery charge.
Orders over £75 - Free delivery.

We can now ship to Europe. Some products like Oil, Liquids etc we cannot send - please be aware of this when ordering. If you wish to check before ordering please give us an email.

We aim to have all in-stock orders dispatched within 48 hours.

All orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcelforce 24-Hour Service Delivery. We aim to have orders delivered within 3 working days of dispatch.

To check the status of your order, please login by entering your e-mail address and password in the spaces provided in the middle-left of the screen, and click 'View Orders'.

If your order has been dispatched using Parcelforce24, you can track & trace your order online by entering the parcel number provided to you into Parcelforce's website at http://www.parcelforce.com.

You may now also choose to collect your order from any of our stores (stock permitting), there is no extra charge for this service. Please indicate at checkout which branch you would like to collect your order at, you will then either be called or e-mailed to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
